Flash Global Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Flash Global’s internal software platform (the “Platform”). The Platform is not available for public use. Access is restricted to authorized employees, partners, and clients of Flash Global who have been granted permission through a valid account or contractual relationship. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Authorized Use

You may use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes in connection with your relationship with Flash Global.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the software

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, all activities performed under their account, promptly reporting any unauthorized access or security concerns.

Flash Global reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time.

4. Data and Privacy

The Platform may process limited personal information, such as names and delivery addresses. This information is used strictly for business operations.

Users agree to handle any accessed data responsibly, comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, not misuse or improperly disclose personal information.

5. Confidentiality

All non-public information accessed through the Platform is considered confidential. Users must not disclose, share, or use confidential information outside the scope of their authorized business activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, content, and materials, is the property of Flash Global or its licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

7. Service Availability

Flash Global does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flash Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Termination

Access to the Platform may be terminated at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the Platform.

10. Governing Agreements

Use of the Platform may also be subject to separate agreements, including:

  • Employment agreements
  • Partner agreements
  • Client contracts

In the event of a conflict, those agreements may take precedence.

11. Changes to These Terms

Flash Global may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
