Once we have your idle and defective materials at our warehouse, we will begin a set of returns processing activities to assess the appropriate steps for part dispositioning.

Returns Processing Activities 

After parts are checked in, qualified technicians will perform a set of procedures that align with your unique returned asset guidelines to determine what, if anything, is wrong. This process includes: 

Inspection & Assessment

Once received, we can provide visual inspection details and data gathering including photographs, serial number capture, label reviews and other assessment details based on your requirements. 

Data Wiping & Destruction

Ensures all data stored on defective returns is thoroughly erased before they are repaired, refurbished, or disposed of.  

Testing & Screening

Adhering to your specific requirements including visual inspection, functionality testing, and diagnostic screening – testing and screening will take place for each part to determine its viability. From there, you will be provided with a variety of dispositioning options to optimize asset value.
