MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J. — Flash Global, a leading provider of global service supply chain solutions, has hired Michele Stevens as its new Director of Global Human Resources. Stevens, who works out of the corporate office in Mountain Lakes, will draw upon 25 years of HR experience to provide companywide strategic HR guidance in support of Flash’s mission and vision.
Michele reports to Chief Financial Officer Greg Castello and manages a team of five, with members based in Mountain Lakes, Columbus, Ohio, and Brazil. This team provides day-to-day HR administration relative to operational needs, as well as a focus on cultural and procedural developments that align the workforce to meet business demands and drive the continued growth of the company.
Stevens, who has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Industrial Relations & HR Management, joins Flash after having spent the past 18-plus years working for a global consumer and professional electronics manufacturer/distributor.
