Flash Global Hires Mark Eisenberg as VP of Client Services

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J. — Flash Global, a leading provider of after-sales supply chain solutions to technology companies of all sizes, has hired Mark Eisenberg as its new Vice President of Client Services. In this role, will provide strategic guidance to the company’s team of Directors of Client Services and serve as a liaison for the Customer Care organization with cross-functional business units throughout Flash to drive maturation of process and teams from a business perspective. Eisenberg reports to Chief Customer Officer Dan Silva.

Eisenberg has extensive experience in high-tech service parts/distribution and customer-facing account management. Mark Eisenberg Flash Global VP Client ServicesHe comes to Flash after 18 years with UPS, where he was a Region Director of Customer Solutions in both the retail and high-tech sectors. Prior to that, Eisenberg worked as Director of Logistics Services Marketing for North American Van Lines and as Senior Operations Manager for Choice Logistics.

“I’ve always been a problem-solver. My charter is not to tell anyone how to do something, but rather to work with them in a collaborative fashion to help them be more effective, help them communicate more clearly — both internally among colleagues and externally with customers,” Eisenberg said.
