We've expanded customer site capabilities to support backorder creation during order submission. Customers can now easily include backorders as part of their order workflow when required. |

Enhanced Transaction History Viewing and Export |
We have enhanced the Transaction History tool to display more records via the exported files. The Exported Transaction History file will now include all available records, making it easier to review and analyze your transaction data. |

Coordinated Technician and Parts Delivery for NBD Service |
We have introduced coordinated technician and parts delivery for eligible Next Business Day service orders. With this option, required parts can be delivered to approved carrier hubs for field engineer pickup, allowing service to be completed efficiently at predefined customer locations. |

UOM Values Aligned to MPL Settings
Unit of Measure (UOM) details in the Order Entry now display MPL-defined settings to ensure consistency and accuracy across the system.

Standardization of Overweight and Oversized Part Identification
- Parts will now be automatically marked as Overweight if they weigh 50 lbs (22.7 kg) or more, and as Oversized if any dimension (Length, Width, or Height) is 72 inches (183 cm) or greater.
- This replaces the previous MPL “Oversized” field, which has now been retired.
- Standard thresholds align with industry material handling best practices.
Ability to Provide a Part Valuation Based on Part Status
- Users can now enter different part values based on condition:
- Standard Cost (STD)
- Defective Cost (USD) (new)
- Refurbished Cost (USD) (new)
- System will default to Standard Cost unless an alternate value is provided.
- MPL updated with the following columns to reflect new functionality.

- Cost (USD)
- Supports more accurate financial and customs reporting.
Cycle Count Required Field Updates
Temperature and Humidity fields are now mandatory during cycle count activities, ensuring environmental tracking of sensitive parts.

New Feature
The Address Book has been enhanced with new bulk management capabilities and a refreshed user interface. Key updates include:

- The Address Book UI has been modernized for improved usability and navigation.
- Single Record Management
- The process for adding, editing, and deleting individual records remains unchanged.
- Bulk Download & Upload

- Users can now download the entire address book.
- Bulk upload is supported via a downloadable template.
- Uploads can either append to existing records or fully replace them.
- Historical upload activity is now visible for traceability.
Maintenance
Order Entry Part Search Enhancement
Updated the part search functionality tied to warehouse selection to ensure all relevant parts are returned. This resolves an issue where some parts were previously excluded.
Backorder Cancellation Support Notification
Backorder cancellation requests now trigger a warning message instructing customers to contact support. This ensures appropriate handling of order fulfillment changes.

FlashTrac SSO-Only Login
FlashTrac now enforces SSO for login. Username/password is only accepted during initial login for password setup or reset. Subsequent login attempts with username/password will be redirected to SSO.
Crossdock Save Behavior Change
In Order Entry, Crossdock details are now saved only when users click the ‘Save’ button. Closing the window with the ‘X’ will no longer trigger an automatic save.
ETA Notes Update
Order notes will now reflect ETA changes only when the ETA is actually modified. Previously, notes were added even if only other order details were updated.

Adjusted Canceled Order Note Display Time
Order notes, as accessed through the Order Status Dashboard, that are specifically related to canceled orders will be displayed with the correct destination location time.

Order Note Timestamps Align with DST Changes
Orders created prior to daylights savings time now match each note timestamp, aligning with DST on the Order Details page.
Removed Logic to Remove the Leading ‘S’ on DHL Air Waybills
When a DHL AWB includes a leading ‘S’, FlashTrac will include the ‘S’ as part of the AWB tracking link that opens to DHL website from the Order Details page.

Added Warehouse FSL Code to Order Entry/Order Details
Users can now quickly identify the FSL for both the Shipper and Recipient (when a network facility).

Defective Part Order Warning Message
For manual orders that include a defective return, a warning message has been added visually reminding users that do not include part details to confirm this decision, avoiding accidental exceptions upon defective part intake.

Enhancement: Exception Alert Tools
To streamline workflow, all exception alert management tools have been consolidated to one page, ‘Exception Reporting & Tracking’ which provides access to all reports, Exception Alert Reporting, Exception Tracking, and the Open Exception Report.
The interface has been updated with more flexibility in filtering and sorting results.

New MPL Field to support Global Trade Compliance Product Encryption Level
A new MPL field, visible to all in the XLS template is the ‘Encryption Level’. Value options are ‘ENCR’ or ‘ENCU’.
Resolved Issue on the Customer Request Cancelation Page
Previously, the ‘Customer Request Cancellation’ page showed only one part despite multiple parts being present in an order. All parts are now visible.
‘Std. Cost’ is now a Required Field for the MPL
Standard Cost is now a required field.

Order Dashboard Ready for Pick Up Milestone Update
For integrated 3rd Party Carriers, (the majority of carriers used by Flash), the FlashTrac Dashboard will display the “Ready for Pickup” order milestone that indicates if the order has/has not yet been picked, packed, and placed on the dock for integrated carrier to pick up.
If an order is shipping via a 3rd party carrier that is not integrated with Flash, the Ready for Pick up field will be blank on the Order Dashboard and not be included in the milestone view in FlashTrac Order detail.
Important note: Orders in “Ship Confirmed” status cannot be cancelled.

Added Inventory Hold to the List of Order Types that can be Viewed on Order Status Dashboard
Inventory Holds will now appear on the Order Status Dashboard for all users. Previously, they could not be viewed even by a direct order number search.
Review Inventory Details Update
Part details will now show ‘Product Ref 1’, replacing the retired ‘Product Code’.
