Regardless of whether your part is in or out of warranty, we can set up seamless communications through B2B messaging with your repair vendors and inventory management partners, and you can achieve full visibility and track the status of each order as movements occur through FlashTrac, our integrated platform technology built specifically for the service supply chain.

In-Warranty Products

If the product is under warranty, we follow the guidelines set forth in your maintenance agreements with your end customers. In some cases, we are authorized to make the repairs in a Flash facility. If not, we will ship the product to the original equipment manufacturer, contract manufacturer, or designated repair partner. Once the repairs are completed, the part is either sent directly back to the end customer or to a Flash stocking location.

Out-of-Warranty Products

The process is similar when handling products that are out of warranty. The product is shipped to Flash. We can reverse engineer the product and work directly with the OEM or contract manufacturer to ensure a top-quality process for the testing and repair of the product. We work diligently to maintain ECOs, parts availability, and repair standards for that product.
