Flash is authorized by multiple OEMs to sell new and refurbished high-tech products, which enables the company to work with customers across dozens of verticals to deliver comprehensive solutions for desktops, laptops, servers, and other information technology products. Krautbauer joins a team whose specialists average 18 years’ experience in the sourcing and support of critical IT service parts.

Krautbauer comes to Flash after almost two years in Strategic Account Management with SureID, a government contractor specializing in Cyber Security and Digital Identity Assurance, based in Portland Oregon. In that role, Susan reported to the VP of Strategic Alliances and was responsible for go-to-market strategies within the start-up business unit of SureID, launching a new commercial product to the industry.

Prior to joining SureID, Krautbauer served as a Director of Business Development for Jabil Circuit, the third-largest largest electronics manufacturer in the world, and was specifically focused on aftermarket services and logistics. She also worked as Vice President with SDA from 2003-2010 and was instrumental in the growth of SDA during that time.

Krautbauer is active in leadership roles with the industry organization CompTIA and also holds several Board of Director positions with nonprofits in the tech and human services sector.  In her spare time, Susan enjoys boating with her family, directing a youth drama/choral ministry and facilitating a career transition support group.
